Arcadium

OVERVIEW

Arcadium is an ongoing project.

It is being developed slowly and intentionally. We are currently exploring market timing and conditions to identify the right moment to move forward, while continuing to work on the project in parallel.

My role focuses on creative direction, product vision and strategic decisions. I do not write code, but I actively shape the system, defining identity, worldbuilding and long term coherence.

Arcadium is conceived as a universe rather than a single product. My responsibility is to protect that vision, make conscious trade offs and guide the project until concept, timing and execution align.
